OFCAF 2024 reopens for additional 150 On-Farm Beneficial Management Projects
RDAR is pleased to announce the opening of the On Farm Climate Action Fund for 150 new on-farm beneficial management practices. Applications for this OFCAF funding opportunity opened at 8a.m. MST on September 6th, 2024, via RDAR’s grant management system, ARGO.
After reviewing and approving over 1,000 applications from across the province already this year, the OFCAF program has remaining funds for an additional 150 producer-led projects. It is our goal to ensure that any remaining OFCAF funds are distributed to producers, allowing them to adopt impactful, sustainable changes on their farms.
OFCAF Intake Highlights:
- Funding Available: Support for 150 new on-farm beneficial management practices
- Funding Call Opening Date: September 6th, 2024, on ARGO
- Funding Call Close Date: Funding will be allocated to eligible projects until the available budget is committed ed.
- Project Eligibility: As per the OFCAF Program Guide
- Project Timeline: All projects should be completed following approval between September and December 2nd, 2024. Projects cannot be carried over and into 2025.
